A Ghanaian businessman has taken to Facebook to throw out a caution to unmarried men about their romantic relationships.
The man identified as Victor Elorm Morgah warned men to avoid financially supporting their girlfriends because it will backfire in the future.
He narrated a sad tale of guy who sponsored his girlfriend who is a level 300 student in a university and later got dumped leaving him in tears and heartbroken.
He wrote;
“Matter come o. Ago flow you later but, but…
Dear men, stop sponsoring these ladies you’re not married to in the universities especially if they don’t see you as being up there.
Small time then their ‘taste buds’ change then matter go come.
I’m still here at the office trying to save someone’s son from suicide with the help of a psychologist friend.
I’m in the matter because he bought a laptop from me 3 years ago for his then L100 girlfriend. He paid in 3 installments kraa and I had to dash him 200 cedis on top because he was still struggling to pay for the laptop (1500 cedis).
Now this girl has brought the laptop back to me under the pretense of some non existent fault. She called later to tell me the guy who bought the machine for her should come for it. Eiiii 🤦🏽♂️
I called the guy (Capii in some remote suburb of Accra) and tears zalaaa.
Lady is in L300 now, taste has changed and Mr. Man wants to die because he thinks he can’t live without her.
Laptop is here and nobody wants it 🙄”
