The unidentified individual, who only goes by Toco online, claims that the odd outfit has enabled him to fulfill his lifelong ambition of “becoming an animal.”
In video uploaded to Toco’s YouTube page, where he has more than 32,000 fans, he can be seen playing fetch and frolicking while wearing the outfit.
Toco even posted a video of himself going out in public for the first time as a dog.
In the viral video with 1.7 million views, onlookers looked to be in awe of the man’s canine debut as he strutted down a busy street.
With a harness fastened around his furry abdomen, Toco completed the look, but he claimed he was “nervous” and “scared” to go out in public.
The collie outfit, which Toco purchased from Zeppet, took 40 days to make and cost a cool $2 million Yen (US $14,161) to produce.
The Japanese man claimed last year that most of his coworkers are likewise unaware that he goes outside of work dressed as a dog.
It is, however, reported that he is suffering some challenges after the alleged transformative procedure.
