Mahama now advising NPP on their choice of flagbearer

Veteran journalist Kwesi Pratt Jnr, Kwesi Pratt Jnr believes that former President John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is indirectly influencing the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) choice of a flagbearer for the 2024 elections.

He argued that the NDC’s choice of a flagbearer will significantly impact the NPP’s decision in selecting their own candidate for the 2024 elections.

According to Pratt, the NPP is facing a challenging decision in choosing their flagbearer, given the pivotal role this decision will play in their efforts to secure victory in the 2024 elections against the NDC’s flagbearer.

“Mahama is becoming a significant influence; he appears to be taking on a prophetic role by advising the NPP on their choice of flag bearer. This is quite unexpected,” he stated.

He expects significant developments in the NPP’s presidential competition as they navigate these considerations.

“We can anticipate a series of events unfolding in the November 4 elections. Much will transpire on Saturday, and the outcome will be shaped by the ongoing developments. We are yet to witness the results,” he added.
