Former head of Political Science Department at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Dr. Richard Amoako Baah has poked the Education Minister, Yaw Osei Adutwum over his educational qualifications.
Speaking to Kwasi Aboagye on Neat FM during a telephone conversation live streamed online, Dr. Richard Amoako Baah challenged Yaw Osei Adutwum to present his doctorate degree certificate if he claims he has one and was interested in him telling the good people of Ghana where he obtained the doctorate degree.
This is because he thinks Yaw Osei Adutwum is not a better manager of the education sector in his ministry.
